You may request a printer's proof when you place your order. A printer’s proof costs $15. A professional typesetter will typeset your text in the final and exact layout requested in your order. While your layout request will be followed as closely as possible, sometimes adjustments are necessary. As soon as the proof is available from the typesetter, we will email a black and white copy of your order to you. Typically proofs are sent to you approximately 2 business days after your order has been placed, but this time may be longer during the holiday season. Upon final approval of the proof, normal print processing times can be expected.
We can print any PMS (Pantone Matching System) ink color on our personalized cups. This service is not allowable on our napkins. You may specify the PMS color in the Special Instructions box. If you need to match the ink on cups and napkins, do not choose a special PMS color, as napkins do not use PMS color ink. PMS color charts are available at most home improvement stores or office supply stores. You may also find a PMS chart online, however, remember that computer monitors all show color differently and the onscreen version may differ from the actual color.
If your order arrives with an error or has been damaged in shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package. You may email us (preferred and quickest route to a solution) at customerservice@eloquenceonline.com or you may also call us at 830-890-5555. Explain what is wrong with your order and please include your order number for reference. We will either refund your credit card or send a replacement within 48 hours for any part of your order that is misprinted, missing or damaged.
We offer several UPS expedited shipping options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saturday delivery). You may choose your shipping speed at checkout.
Cup and napkin orders are shipped via UPS from our printing facility in Dallas, TX. Faster shipping speeds are available and may be chosen at checkout.
We can ship to post office boxes but do not guarantee our stated turnaround times for post office box shipment. UPS is our standard shipper and does not deliver to post office boxes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee our standard turnaround times for post office box shipments. We do not provide tracking information for post office box orders.
Eloquence Online does not accept returns of personalized orders unless an error was made on our part. If an error occurs and the product is used, we will not issue a credit for the error. Please email us at customerservice@eloquenceonline.com, or call us at 830-890-5555 should an error occur. (Please include your order number).
Our thick, high quality Styrofoam cups are manufactured by Dart. Beverages can be maintained at their optimal temperature longer with Dart insulated foam cups. Not only do foam cups keep beverages at their proper serving temperature on the inside, they keep hands comfortable on the outside!
When in doubt about cup size, always order up! Ounce size is indicative of "flush fill capacity", or total amount of liquid volume held. In other words, ounce size is measured when the cup is filled to the brim with liquid, NOT including ice. And believe it or not, we suggest you use a plastic measuring cup when testing this claim, as plastic is more accurate than glass!
Following are just a few suggestions regarding cup sizes: a 12 oz soft drink over ice fits nicely in a 16, 20 or 24 oz cup, depending on how much ice you prefer. A 12 oz beer works best in a 16 oz cup. A 16 oz cup is the most versatile size if you intend to serve mixed drinks, wine and beer and only want to order one size cup.
FOR QUANTITIES LESS THAN 50,000: You may choose a different ink color for sides one and two of personalized cups. We cannot print two ink colors on the same side of a cup. In other words, side one can be red and side two can be blue, but you cannot use both red and blue on side one. There is an increase in the cup price when you print in two ink colors. (See applicable price lists for details.) We cannot print two ink colors on napkins or guest towels.

None of our cups are made from recycled materials.
Text sizing is based on the number of characters per line. In other words, the more text you enter on each line, the smaller the words will appear on your personalized cup or napkin. We recommend that you break up your text onto several separate lines.

We can print photos on cups, however, they must be submitted in black-and-white and have enough contrast to show up. In order to determine what your photo would look like on a cup, we suggest that you make a black-and-white photocopy of the photograph you wish to print on the cup. The photograph will look almost identical to the photocopy when it is printed on the cup. If you are unhappy with the way the photograph looks when photocopied, we suggest that you not use that particular photograph. Either choose another photo, or use text copy only. WE DO NOT PRINT PHOTOS ON NAPKINS.
Photographs are considered Customer Supplied Artwork. There is a $75 one-time charge to set up the artwork/photo. After this, your artwork/photo is kept on file and may be used later on any of our cups or napkins at no additional charge. Send the file via email to art@eloquenceonline.com after you place your order so that you have an order number for our reference. Please put the words "Eloquence Online,” followed by your order number and then a short description of your photograph on the reference line of this email (for example, Eloquence Online Order No. 123, MUFFY SMITH – PHOTO OF BUFFY and TRIP). Note: we can print in one color only. In Special Instructions, please put a note saying: BLACK-AND-WHITE PHOTO TO BE PRINTED ON CUP IS BEING EMAILED.

Note Re Proof Requests In Regard To Delivery Timing
We do not recommend proofs for rush orders! Proof requests generally add 3 – 5 business days to order processing time. Proofs are emailed approximately 2 business days after your order has been placed, but may take longer during the holiday season. If a proof is requested, our stated printing times will not begin until final proof approval is received from customer.
Shatterproof (frost-flex) cups and stadium cups are top rack dishwasher safe and very durable.
When choosing a monogram style where all of the initials in the monogram are the same size (for example, cup/napkin monograms M-29 and M-30), initials appear in the following order:

When choosing a monogram style with a larger center initial (for example, cup/napkin monograms M-25, M-26, M-37, M-38, M-39 and M-40), or a larger last name initial (cup/napkin monograms M-27, M-28) initials appear in the following order:

Changes or cancellations will not be accepted after an order is placed. All orders are final and will be printed and shipped exactly as ordered. We recommend proofing the personalization details carefully and double-checking the shipping and billing addresses, prior to finalizing your order. If additional product is needed after placing your order, you will need to place an additional, separate order.
If a change or cancellation is approved due to extenuating circumstances, a $10 change fee will be incurred. Any request for a change or cancellation should be sent in writing to orders@eloquenceonline.com. (We do not accept changes by telephone.) You will be notified by email if your requested change or cancellation was approved. At this time the $10 change fee will be charged to the credit card used for your order.
When titles are used for a married couple, the husband’s title always comes first:

When titles are not used (married or unmarried), it is proper for the female’s name to be listed first regardless of whether a last name is included or not:

When individual family member’s names are listed, the father’s name should come first, then the wife’s name, followed by the children’s names which are typically listed according to age with the oldest being first:

Quantities above 50,000 may be printed in multiple ink colors. Artwork or logo must be camera ready and sent as a vector image in either an ai, eps or pdf file. Send the file via email to art@eloquenceonline.com after you place your order. Include your order number and a short description of your artwork on the reference line of the email (for example, Eloquence Online Order No. 123, F'real logo). All of our cups are recyclable. The recycling code may be found on the bottom of the cup.
We offer an online collection of 360 stock art images free of charge for use on our personalized cups and napkins/guest towels! You may also view these images on the product you want to order by using our customization feature. If you cannot find the image you need in our online stock art collection, send an email to art@eloquenceonline.com, with your art request. If we have the art on file, we will email it to you. Our typesetters are quite busy, so it may take a day or two for them to search the art files.
There are two main reasons for your not receiving an order confirmation email. First, an error in the e-mail address you provided in your order could prevent you from receiving the confirmation e-mail. Secondly, you also should check your "bulk", "spam" or "junk mail" folder to see if your confirmation e-mail was directed there. To ensure receipt of future emails regarding your Eloquence Online order, you may want to add orders@eloquenceonline.com and auto-notify@ups.com to your "safe senders" list.
While we assume responsibility for the date an order leaves our printing facility in Dallas, Texas, please understand that just as UPS does not unconditionally guarantee delivery times*, neither can we. Consequently, the risk of shipping delays must be assumed by the customer. Please note that this includes weather-related delays.
